When will my order be shipped?
Our aim is to complete your order within 7-10 business days from when approval is given, then shipped straight to you, or pickup is also available. Times may vary during peak periods. Rush orders are possible, so if you need your item urgently please contact us via our contact page, facebook or email. Our items are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping times may vary due to demand on their services. We can not be responsible for any loss or damage once we hand over to Australia Post or while in transit. Please note that production time is the time it takes to create your order and does does not include shipping time. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE THE EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION, IT DOES NOT MEAN EXPRESS PRODUCTION. IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED EXPRESS.  

Where are your products created?
We are a 100% Australian owned and operated business. All designs take place in Adelaide, SA. You will receive a template of your order prior to stitching out, so please make sure you check your emails so you can approve your design (including junk mail).   

 Do my plush range meet safety standards?
All my plush toy items meet Australian Safety Standards to keep all children safe. The plush toys are tested and meet the Australian toy safety for children over 3 years. I do not add any ribbons to my range as they are not suitable for children.  

How do I pay for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can make payment through AfterPay or PayPal.  

What if I have made a mistake with my order?
At Personalised For You, our aim is to create your order as quickly as possible. However, if you have noticed an error or wish to make a change please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form, email or Facebook.  If your order has not been created we are happy to make the changes you require. We take no responsibility if you notice a mistake in your design proof after you have already given approval and it has been stitched. Please make sure all details you have entered are correct before placing your order. Please contact us if you have any further questions or enquiries.  

Returns & Refunds
Due to personalisation of all my range, refunds or exchanges will not be granted once payment & approval has been received, unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, I will require contact from the customer and the faulty product back, in its new condition prior to receiving a refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving the product. PLEASE NOTE: Images may appear slightly different in colour to actual products due to monitor settings. No refunds will be given for a change of mind, once the order has been started. Any other refunds will incur a small fee.
